1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SILO software, website, or waitlist services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta Software
SILO is currently in private beta. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. Beta access is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data loss during beta is unlikely but possible — we strongly recommend maintaining separate backups of your photo archive.
3. License and Ownership
SILO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on devices you own or control. We retain all ownership rights to SILO software, branding, and intellectual property.
4. Your Data and Privacy
SILO is designed to keep your photos local. We do not upload, process, or store your photo archive. Waitlist data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. No Cloud Upload
SILO does not require or perform automatic cloud uploads of your photos. Any cloud backup you choose to use (iCloud, Dropbox, etc.) is entirely your responsibility and subject to the terms of those services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SILO and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
